If a video couldn't be made
What Try again does, why the video is given back, and when to make changes instead.

Most failures are on our side: a busy voice service or a render that didn't finish. When that happens, the video is given back to your month and the page shows a Try again button.

Press Try again
It picks up where it stopped. Narration already done is reused, and formats that finished are kept; only what's missing is made.

If it fails again
Wait a little and try once more, or tell us and we'll look.
When Try again isn't offered
Some failures can't be fixed by trying again, such as a narrator who is no longer available. The page says so; press Make changes, pick another narrator, and generate.
