Send an invitation by email, choose a role, and change roles or remove people later.

They accept
The link lasts 7 days, works once and only for the address it was sent to, so a forwarded invitation can't be used by someone else. People new to Yacooti sign up first, then come back to the link.
Change a role or remove someone
On the Team page, change a member's role from their row, or remove them. Removing someone takes away their access at once; what they made stays in the workspace.
