Create a brand kit
Colours, font, logo, motion, look and narrator: everything that makes a client's videos look and sound like them.

Every video uses one brand kit. Most clients need one; make a second when a client has a sub-brand or a seasonal campaign that looks different. The preview beside the form plays a short sample in the kit as you change it.

Name it and add the logo
Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 10 MB. A transparent PNG looks best. SVG isn't accepted: export it as a PNG first.
-
3
Pick a look
The look is how every scene is drawn: photo-led, bold, playful, techy or premium. Filter by category, then pick a card.
About looks -
4
Set the colours and font
Background, Accent and Text. Every look builds its palette from these three, so use the brand's real colours. Pick the font from the list.
-
5
Choose the motion
Punchy for quick, springy entrances; Calm for slow, gentle ones.
-
6
Choose the narrator and music
Press play beside each voice to hear it read the same short advert, then pick one. Describe the music in a few words, such as "warm acoustic pop, no vocals", or leave it empty.

For recuts: names to spell right
If this client will send talking-head videos, list the brand, its products and the people who speak, one per line. Tick The presenter is an AI avatar if they are.
The names list is how Yacooti spells "Kilele" right when it hears "ki-le-le". -

Save
The kit is ready for briefs straight away.
Changing a brand kit later
Changes apply to new videos. A video keeps the look it was written with even if the kit changes, so nothing already made shifts under you. You can still change a draft's look, narrator and music in the studio.
Still stuck?
A person at Yacooti reads every message and replies by email. Name your workspace, and the video if it's about one.
