Yacooti asks you to confirm, then records your name and the date on the version for everyone to see.
Who can approve
The client's reviewers, and anyone in the agency who can make videos (owners, admins and editors). The record shows who it was, so you can tell a client's approval from your own.
Videos waiting for approval show on the dashboard, and the client's reviewers get an email when a version is ready for them.
