What a recut is

Upload a talking-head video; Yacooti transcribes it, frames the speaker and adds cards timed to their words.

A recut starts from a video you already have: a founder explaining the product, a customer interview, a podcast clip. The words are the speaker's own; Yacooti never changes what was said. It adds titles, lists, numbers and quotes as cards that appear on the words that introduce them, captions, and each format framed around the speaker.

How it works

  1. 1

Upload the video and pick a template

Choose the client and brand kit it's for, and the formats you need.

    Make a recut
  2. 2

    Yacooti prepares it

It checks the video, evens out the sound, writes a transcript, finds the speaker's face and plans the cards. This takes a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Check the cards (when needed)

If a name might be misheard, the speaker can't be found, or you asked to check first, it stops for you.

    Check the cards

    Download

The finished video, the footage without cards, and the captions, for every format.
