Before you can generate, the script must pass two kinds of check. Problems must be fixed; suggestions about pacing are advice you can ignore.
Why a fact gets flagged
Prices, counted numbers, contact details and quotes must come from the brief, word for word. If the script states one the brief doesn't, Yacooti can't tell whether it's true, so it asks you. This is how an invented phone number or a made-up discount is caught before it reaches a client.
Three ways to clear it
-
1
Reword the scene
Remove the fact or change it to one in the brief. If you type a fact into a scene yourself, it counts as yours and is accepted.
-
2
Add it to the brief
Open the brief from the studio's bar and add the missing detail. Everything but the length can be edited. The script is checked again; it isn't rewritten.
-
3
Press It's correct
When the fact is right but wasn't in the brief, confirm it with one click. The brief keeps a list of what was confirmed, and by whom.
Other problems
- A scene is missing something it needs, such as an image. The preview shows a "fill in this scene" card in its place.
- The script is much longer or shorter than you asked for. Trim or add words, or use Fit to the narrator's pace.
- A scene has too many words for its kind. Say less, or split it into two scenes.
